The Takeover is our ultimate creative photoshoot experience.
It's a full-day immersive shoot designed around one big idea — whatever that idea might be.
It could be a character, a story, a passion, a transformation or something you've always imagined seeing brought to life.
We don't arrive with a pre-set package of photographs and ask you to fit yourself into it.
We build the day around your idea.
How It Works

It Starts With Discovery
Before we start designing anything, we talk in a discovery call.
We'll explore your idea, or what you want the photographs to say and how you want to feel when you see the finished images.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
The discovery is a fun discussion about what makes you tick

Collaborative Planning
This is where the idea really starts to take shape.
Digesting the discovery call we'll work a concept for you, design the set, the lighting and the shots we want to create.
We'll work with you on the styling too — helping you source the right outfits, accessories and details to bring the concept together. Where the idea calls for it, we often create bespoke props or styling elements specifically for the shoot, and help you find the right pieces to complete the look.

The Shoot Day
The final result might be one epic hero image — but the day isn't limited to creating just one photograph. We want you to enjoy the experience too.
Once you've arrived, we'll often begin with a warm-up shoot to get you comfortable in front of the camera, with posing guidance, lighting experiments and perhaps a change of outfit or look before we move into the main concept.
With a full day to work together, we have the freedom to experiment, change the lighting and styling, try different angles and follow an idea when it takes us somewhere unexpected.
That's part of the magic of a Takeover.
And then there's the Wall Art
