This voucher is only limited sale until Febuary 29th and must be redeemed by the 30th April.

We cannot guarantee Saturday appointments - if you require a Saturday appointment please check availability before confirming your purchase.

There is no cash value to this voucher and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers can be refunded within 7 days in writing to info@musselwhitephotography.com except if the studio booking has already been taken.

There is no refund available for after a booked studio session is complete. We need 48 hours notice to move or cancel studio appointments. We appreciate there may be extenuating circumstances - please get in touch if this is case.

There is no obligation to purchase any additional products at preview.

Please note that there is no refund or return of products purchased due to the bespoke nature of all image products. If there are any issues with the quality of a product please notify us within 2 days of collecting or receiving your products.

Evouchers will be emailed to you as a pdf you can print at home or email to someone. We ordinarily do this within 24 hours - but please do mark as urgent if you require it quickly.

Posted Vouchers are mailed outt via Royal Mail 1st Class. The voucher is presented in a small pouch with the detail of the voucher including expiry inside. We mail this in 3-5 working days for no extra charge.
